We Believe...

The Scriptures are the divinely inspired Word of God and declare His sovereign
design, purpose, and plan for mankind.

There is only one true God, eternally existing in three persons: The Father, the
Son, and the Holy Spirit
(The Trinity).

In the Deity of Jesus Christ; that Scriptures declare Him to be the eternal Son of
God, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, buried, and raised from the dead, and is
today at the right hand of the Father as our Intercessor.

Though originally good, man willingly fell into sin, bringing evil and death
(physically and spiritually) into the world.

That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, but that every person has
access to restored fellowship with God through the acceptance of Christ’s offer of
salvation.

In the practice of two ordinances:  Water baptism by immersion, and that all who
repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
partaking of the Lord’s Supper (Communion) as a symbolic act of remembering
Christ’s suffering and death for our salvation.

Sanctification occurs initially at salvation, but also is a progressive process
throughout the remainder of our lives; and that as believers, it is an act of
separation from that which is evil and a dedication to grow in our faith, drawing
closer to God and striving to become more Christ-like.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is an experience available to every believer,
subsequent to salvation.

That divine healing is provided for all through Christ’s atonement and is a privilege
of all believers.
